Our refund and returns policy is valid for 28 days. If 28 days have passed since you received your goods, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with us. You have 14 days from the goods received date to contact us if you wish to return an item(s) for an exchange or refund and then a further 14 days to return the goods back to us.
Please ensure all goods returned are in their original packaging, unworn and with any original tags attached. If goods are found to be damaged or worn, this will result in them being refused and returned back to you.
If you are returning and order for an exchange. your item(s) will be checked by our returns team and they would usually aim to dispatch your new item(s) on the same day (returns are usually checked within 5 working days of them arriving back).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are returning an item(s) back for a refund, you will receive a full refund for the item(s) you have returned.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and on receiving your banking details, the refund will be made within seven days.
Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning their item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Cancellation/Amendments: If you place an order and then wish to cancel it or amend it, you must contact us by email at sales@tuffington.co.za before your order has been dispatched.
